2 tins chickpeas (2X 400g)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp cold water
2 cloves of garlic, mincedh
