A delicious, crunchy, gluten-free and vegan spicy sweet snack mix full of nuts and seeds.
Ingredients
1 cup hazelnuts, unsalted
1 cup almonds, raw and unsalted
½ cup pumpkin seeds, raw and unsalted
½ cup sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
¼ cup Brazil nuts, raw and unsalted
¼ cup amaranth
¼ cup maple syrup
1 heaping tablespoon blackstrap molasses
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1-2 teaspoon sea salt (to your taste)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
