Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cooked farro
1/4 ounce chives, finely minced (about 2 tablespoons loosely packed)
1/4 ounce dill, finely minced (about 3 tablespoons loosely packed)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
5 ounces fresh spinach
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
