Strawberry Celery Smoothie

This one is a refreshing and healthy smoothie. Strawberries make everything better, and celery really is complemented with these flavors. I also added some romaine lettuce for additional healthiness which you can’t even taste.
The almond meal and Greek yogurt add protein to your drink and the ground flaxseed adds omega 3s which are very welcome by your body.
Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup romaine lettuce
1 stalk of celery
5 frozen strawberries
1 tsp of ground flaxseed
1 tsp of almond meal (optional)
3/4 vanilla rice milk
1 tbsp honey Greek yogurt
1/4 cup water
