Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup coconut oil, measured in melted stated
1¾ cups milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
3 eggs
1½ cups diced rhubarb
1 cup diced strawberries
½ cup chopped walnuts
