These healthy overnight oats are creamy, vanilla-y and packed with strawberries! It’s like having a decadent strawberries and cream dessert for breakfast! Gluten-free, and a vegan option.
Ingredients
For the overnight oats:
6 oz. hulled strawberries (approx. 10)
⅔ cup milk of choice
⅔ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup yogurt (preferably vanilla or strawberry flavored)*
For the mix-ins:
3 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
4 – 6 strawberries, hulled and chopped
*Dairy, non-dairy yogurt, Greek or regular, it’s all good.
