Ingredients
¾ cup uncooked Italian farro (rinsed and drained)
1½ cups water
½ tsp salt
1 mango (peeled and cubed)
½ cup strawberries (chopped)
1 avocado (diced)
2 cups packed baby kale (roughly chopped)
1 Mandarin orange
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tsp jalapeno (seeded and minced)
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp Italian seasoning
dash of salt
2 tablespoon walnuts (chopped, optional)
