Super Sauce Bowl
A perfect meal-bowl combo with a sauce that makes it easy to adventure into unknown grain and veggie territory! Great for using up leftovers, or fridge cleanup days! If you’re reheating cooked grain, this can come together in 15 minutes or less!
1 cup dry rice or quinoa, cooked as directed in water or broth, or 2-3 cups cooked
1 15oz can of chickpeas (or 1 ½ to 2 cups cooked)
1 lb of broccoli, florets chopped into bite sized pieces, stem peeled and cubed
3-4 leaves kale, torn into bite-sized pieces
salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
Sauce Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 Tablespoons coarse ground mustard
2 teaspoons sriracha hot sauce
1-2 teaspoons hoisin sauce (optional)
