1 banana
½ avocado
½ c mango
½ c milk or choice
½ – 1 tsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp coconut oil
¼ tsp vanilla extract
stevia / date paste (optional)
¾ c raspberries / strawberries
1 c spinach leaves
¼ tsp spirulina powder / matcha powder
goji berries, chia seeds, dessicated coconut, mango cubes, raspberries, hemp seeds
