6 spring onions white and green parts, finely sliced
50 g cornflour
1 red chilli, finely chopped
25 g ground flax seed (vegan version) or 2 free range organic eggs
½ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
2 tbsp groundnut oil
