1/2 cup oat flour (ground oats, preferably whole grain or steel cut)
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder (aluminum free)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup real butter
2 eggs (free range of course)
1 1/2 cups fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen tart cherries
2 tablespoons coconut oil for brushing ramekins
