Ingredients
260 grams (2 cups) All-Purpose Baking Mix
4 Tablespoons cold butter cut into ¼” pieces
½ – ¾ cup cold milk
1 egg, beaten
Raw or large granulated sugar (optional)
3 cups berries or sliced stone fruit
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons confectioners sugar
6 homemade biscuits (recipe above)
