This Toasted Coconut Peanut Butter Granola is super easy to whip up, totally addictive, and naturally vegan & gluten free!
Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup pecans, chopped into large pieces
1/2 cup cashews, some whole, some chopped
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
pinch of salt
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
