Ingredients
¾ cup buckwheat groats, soaked overnight, rinsed and drained
1½ cups GF oats
1 cup slivered almonds
½ cup puffed millet
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup raisins
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tsp. aiya Cooking Grade Matcha powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup maple syrup
6 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
