This low-carb and gluten-free Tomato, Hearts of Palm, Olives, and Feta Salad with Basil Vinaigrette is a treat I’ve been making for years!
Ingredients
4-6 small garden tomatoes, cut up into chunks (or use about 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half)
1 cup hearts of palm, sliced (or more)
1/2 cup black olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/4 – 1/3 cup basil vinaigrette
