Crunchy, sweet, chewy, and moist, these vegan, no-bake trail mix granola bars are perfect for the lunchbox, snack or picnic.
Ingredients
9 dried dates
1 C oats
½ C almonds
½ C pecans
½ C coconut flakes
1 T flax seeds
1 T sunflower seeds
pinch of salt
3 T maple syrup
2 T nut butter (peanut or almond butters are ideal)
1 T oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
1 T slivered almonds for garnish
