These are two healthy, vegan smoothies. One’s more tropical, featuring mango and coconut water). The other smoothie’s more ‘winter-y’, and includes pumpkin!
Ingredients
Green Goodness Smoothie:
2 frozen bananas
1 apple, chopped
½ cup frozen mango chunks
2 cups chopped kale
½ cup ZICO coconut water
Greensleeves Smoothie:
2 frozen bananas
½ apple, chopped and frozen
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
2 cups chopped kale
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon (or to taste)
⅓ cup plain or vanilla almond milk
