Vegan almond butter chocolate chip cookies combine my two favorite ingredients EVER. Made with just 5 ingredients, these healthy cookies taste so rich and satisfying while being gluten free and naturally sweetened.
Ingredients
2 1/2 c whole grain rolled oats, ground into flour
1/2 c date paste – I use about 8 dates blended with 1/2 c hot water, then measure out 1/2 c paste
1/2 c almond butter
2 tbsp ground flaxseed 6 tbsp water
1/2 c vegan chocolate chips – I always use Pascha
