Ingredients
Banana Bread:
2 c banana flour
2 c mashed ripe bananas
2 flax eggs – 2 tbsp ground flaxseed in a small bowl with 6 tbsp water, set in the fridge for 15 minutes
1 c almond milk
Cashew Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 c cashews, soaked in warm water for at least 2 hours, then drained
15 dates
1 c water
1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
