Vegan Banana Carob Chip Spelt Muffins

Healthy vegan banana carob chips muffins baked with spelt flour, bananas and carob chips, Refined sugar free, nut free muffin recipe.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp pure olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1- 2 tbsp brown sugar (adjust according to your taste, depending upon the sweetness of banana)
3 large overripe bananas ( mashed)
1/4 cup carob chips
