Ingredients
3 c banana flour
2 flax eggs – 2 tbsp ground flaxseed in a small bowl with 6 tbsp water, set in the fridge for 15 minutes
2 c mashed, ripe bananas
1 1/2 c almond milk
Optional mix ins/toppings: 1 cup of nuts, raisins or dried fruit, or 1 tbsp jam swirled on each muffin
