Ingredients
2 c banana flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 c ripe mashed bananas
2 flax eggs – 2 tbsp ground flaxseed in a small bowl with 6 tbsp water, set in the fridge for 15 minutes before mixing into batter
1 c almond milk
1 c mixed nuts – I used walnuts and cashews
