Sweet, soft bananas and tart, juicy pineapple come together in this tropical vegan banana piña colada crumble! This recipe is SO easy, and it’s healthy, gluten free and naturally sweetened.
Ingredients
3 c chopped pineapple
2 c chopped banana
1 c whole grain rolled oats
1/2 c whole grain rolled oats, ground into flour
1/2 c unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 c date paste – I use 8 medjool dates blended with 1/2 c water, then measure out 1/2 c paste
1 tbsp vanilla extract
