Cake for breakfast is one of my favourite things ever. Healthy vegan cake made with homemade cashew butter is even better!
Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup your favourite nut butter
1/2 cup apple sauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk to keep vegan)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashews (or nuts of your choice)
