Ingredients
For the Sesame Seed Brittle:
⅓ cup sesame seeds (white or black)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
For the Buddha Bowl:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and dried
1 large baked sweet potato, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Bragg’s aminos
4-5 cups chopped kale
1 lemon, freshly juiced
1½ cups cooked brown rice or quinoa
