Gorgeous fresh cherries and a sweet, chewy crumble topping. This vegan cherry crumble is the perfect easy dessert to throw together for any summer gathering! Healthy, gluten free and naturally sweetened.
Ingredients
3 c chopped, pitted fresh cherries
1 1/2 c whole grain rolled oats
1/2 c whole grain rolled oats, ground into flour
1/2 c date paste – I use about 8 medjool dates, blended with 1/2 c hot water then measure out 1/2 c paste
1 tsp almond extract (optional)
