Soft, rich vegan chocolate chip banana bars couldn’t be easier to throw together, but their flavor is incredible. Healthy, gluten free and naturally sweetened with only bananas!
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (drained)
1 c almond milk
1/2 c banana flour
1 c mashed, super ripe banana – I used about 3 medium size bananas to get 1 cup mashed
1/4 c unsweetened, dairy free chocolate chips
