Vegan croissants made with coconut oil and no butter are the perfect chocolate filled vegan pastry!
Ingredients
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 tablespoons warm (not hot!) water
Pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 cup almond milk
2½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup coconut oil, solid at room temperature
⅓ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup almond milk
2 tablespoons agave nectar
