A fun, fruity, healthy spring time dessert! This vegan chocolate fruit pizza is a thin, sweet and chewy cookie base topped with rich Pascha chocolate spread, and tons of pretty fruit. This one is a showstopper!
Ingredients
Crust:
3 c whole grain rolled oats, ground into flour
1 c date paste – I use 16 medjool dates blended with 1 c hot water, then measure out 1 c paste
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Topping:
1 c Pascha no sugar added chocolate spread
Assorted chopped fruit
