Mini flatbread pizzas topped with Middle Eastern-spiced vegan ground meat substitute
Ingredients
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp tomato paste
6 mini naan or pitas
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 340-g package veggie ground round (soy-based ground meat substitute)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Tahini thinned with lemon juice for serving (optional)
