Vegan Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie

Thick, sweet peanut buttery filling in a cookie-like crust, swirled with sweet strawberries. Vegan peanut butter and jelly pie is such a fun, easy dessert! Made with just 5 healthy ingredients, gluten free and naturally sweetened.
Ingredients
3 c whole grain rolled oats
1 1/4 c almond milk
Filling:
1 c date paste I use about 16 medjool dates blended with 1 c water, then measure out 1 c paste
1/2 c natural, unsweetened peanut butter – I use crunchy for texture, but creamy works too!
1 c chopped strawberries, blended with 1 tbsp water
