These vegan peanut butter chocolate chip buckeye bars are so rich and peanut buttery! The best flavor combination ever. Gluten free and naturally sweetened!
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 c almond milk
1 c date paste – I use about 15 medjool dates blended with 1 c hot water, then measure out 1 c paste
1/2 c natural, unsweetened peanut butter
1/2 c banana flour (buckwheat or oat flour will likely also work)
1/2 c vegan chocolate chips or chunks
