Vegan pesto pasta is a healthy and super satisfying dinner. The pesto is totally oil and nut free, and so rich and creamy!
Ingredients
Pasta of choice
Pesto:
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
2 handfuls basil leaves
1/4 c nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
Black pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes, if you like spice!
