Ingredients
¾ cup soy milk (or other nondairy milk)
2¾ tsp apple cider vinegar
1 flax egg
1 cup cornmeal
¼ cup corn flour
¾ cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 Tbs mollasses
¼ cup refined coconut oil, melted
1 cup pumpkin
pumpkin seeds (optional)
