Spiced pumpkin bars – soft, fluffy, not to mention super HEALTHY! Vegan, oil-free, refined sugar-free, and whole wheat.
Ingredients
1 cup white whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
5 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
3 tablespoons soy or almond milk
4 tablespoons applesauce
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
