A rich, flavoursome gravy, easy to prepare and compatible with a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Ingredients
2 onions, chopped,
3 cloves garlic, whole and unpeeled,
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp organic plain flour
1 litre vegetable stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
Pinch sea salt
1 tsp ground arrowroot
