500g wheat or spelt cake flour
2 eggs
20g fresh yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 lemon
2 tsp vanilla sugar or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
50g icing sugar
50g butter
250ml milk
200g ground walnuts
200g raisins
2 tsp cinnamon
100ml milk
50g sugar
