Super healthy and terrific chili is what we are making here. Our easy chili recipe is completely what we call a “do-over” – meaning we love to do it over and over again!
Ingredients
2 ½ cups hard red spring wheat
2 cups water
3 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium size onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. coconut sugar
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. onion powder
1 (14 oz.) can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
28 oz. tomato sauce
Shredded cheddar cheese, vegan
Fresh cilantro, chopped
