1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup quick or old fashioned plain oats
3 tablespoons sugar substitute (Truvia, sugar & stevia blend)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
1 ripe banana
4 tablespoons melted butter/butter substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup white chocolate chips
