1 teaspoon baking powder

⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
1-1/2 cups frozen cranberries, sliced in half
For the topping:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
6 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
6 tablespoons uncooked old-fashioned oats
