1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/3 cup turbinado sugar
1 large egg
1 flax egg/ 1 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted and roughly chopped
2 tbsp sunflower seeds, lightly toasted
