Whole wheat banana muffins with chocolate chunks – they’re healthy, fluffy, and delicious, making them the perfect on-the-go snack!
Ingredients
2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 large egg
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
3 large bananas, mashed (about 1.5 cups)
2/3 cup almond milk
6 ounces dark chocolate, chopped (I used hazelnut dark chocolate)
