The easiest and healthiest form of pizza using zucchini as the crust. It actually tastes like pizza!
Ingredients
1 large zucchini
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 – 3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella
5 sun dried tomatoes, blanched and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
