My whole family looks forward to Sunday nights-soaking in the last few hours of the weekend and eating a huge bowl of this chili. It’s full of protein-rich beans, chopped veggies, and the perfect amount of spice to warm you up.
Ingredients
½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1-2 jalapenos, seeds removed and diced
1 small onion, diced
1- 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can chili beans
1 packet McCormick Low-Sodium Chili Seasoning
2 tablespoons chili powder
