1/2 cup coconut oil or non dairy butter vegan/dairy butter softened*
3/4 cup coconut sugar (can sub with 1/2 cup white sugar & 1/2 cup brown sugar)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree can also sub with mashed sweet potato
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour + more for rolling
1 teaspoon chai spice
1 teaspoon cream of tatar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
2 tablespoons organic cane sugar
