Ingredients
1 cup fresh cranberries, thawed if frozen
2 tablespoons maple syrup, divided
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cups (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cubed and chilled
3/4 cups cold buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
2-3 tablespoons sugar
