Chinese garlic sauce- take-out style. Easy and versatile stir-fry sauce that can be used with almost any vegetable. Can be made ahead of time too.
Ingredients
Garlic Sauce:
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mirin
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 cup vegetable stock
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Chinese black bean sauce (optional)
To thicken:
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 Tablespoon cold water
