Ingredients
1/2 – 3/4 pound penne pasta
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
4-5 cups fresh spinach (or a few generous handfuls, no need to get too exact)
salt and pepper, to taste
pasta water, as needed
