A twist on a traditional Romanian fall dessert, which replaces plums with mirabelle plums, but is equally tasty!
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
1 1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/3 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter
20-22 mirabelle plums
3-4 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp oil
