These simple Whole Wheat Waffles are a healthy breakfast, made with pantry staples, and the entire family will love them.
Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
6 oz container Greek yogurt (any flavor – I used plain)
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp baking powder
